This venue had a great location with nightclubs and restaurants within walking distance, offering spacious rooms with fantastic views from a large building.

The place is clean, comfortable, well-kept and ideally located; away from the centre of Baia Sardinia but just a short walk to get there, plus with a beach just 100 metres away that is not as busy as the main baia beach.
No English channels on the tv (very minor point)

Beautifully kept property and buildings. Breathtaking views. Family run hotel with personal touches. The entire staff was extremely friendly and very eager to please. The location is great. 1 min walk to a small private beach, 3 min drive to a larger beach. Across the street from a grocery store. Wonderful atmosphere, amazing value for price. We will be coming back for sure!

I recently had an incredible stay at a hotel in Baja Sardinia. the location was perfect - close to everything! It was just a short walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. Plus, there was a supermarket right across the road, which was so convenient. Secondly, the staff were amazing. They were friendly, accommodating, and provided excellent service. Lastly, the rooms offered a great view, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. this hotel provided great value for money and made my stay in Baja Sardinia memorable.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing that could be improved.

I was really looking forward to visiting Spiaggia di Tanca Manna, and that's why I chose 3 Botti for its great location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the featured amenities at the hotel, especially the very rich variety of traditional Galluresi, regional, national, and international dishes in the restaurant. The menu always satisfied all of my wishes, and the wines from the famous Sardinian wine cellars were a delightful addition.
Lots of stairs, no lift.

I recently stayed at this charming hotel and had a fantastic experience. First of all, the location is absolutely perfect. It's within walking distance of a beautiful beach and even a popular nightclub, making it ideal for those looking to explore the area's vibrant nightlife. And speaking of the beach, the hotel offers stunning sea-view rooms that provide a breathtaking sight every morning. Additionally, I was impressed by the attentiveness of the staff. The front desk attendant, Pietro, was incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast was also quite enjoyable, with a spacious restaurant and a good variety of options to choose from. Whether you're a fan of local delicacies or prefer a more Western-style breakfast, there is something for everyone. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking to enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay in this beautiful area.
I couldn't find anything to fault during my stay. Everything was just fine.

This hotel has a great position close to the beach and a variety of restaurants. It is also conveniently located near a supermarket and a wine and cheese shop. the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is tasty with a good selection of hot and cold items. the rooms are clean and adequate and some offer a courtyard view or ample parking.
The outside shutters on some rooms do not open, which can make them feel dark and closed off.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The location of this hotel was perfect as we could reach three different beaches easily on foot. Not only that, but there was also a supermarket just across the road which was very convenient for us. We loved that there were many restaurants close by, and had no trouble finding delicious food to eat. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to giving us advice on where to eat and what to do.
Cannot find any fault.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially if you have a car. The location is good, just a few minutes walk into the town centre and the beaches. The rooms with a great sea-view are so characteristic and beautiful. The basic amenities are excellent, with a mini bar/fridge, shower products, etc. The breakfast is better than expected with cooked eggs, onions and tomatoes available daily in a spacious restaurant.
All was okay, no improvements needed.

The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is easily accessible and close to many tourist attractions. One of the best things about the hotel was the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
One of the worst aspects of the hotel was the number of stairs we had to climb to get to our room, which made it difficult to carry our luggage. the shower in our bathroom could have been better arranged, as there wasn't much space to move around.
